Shipping
Local pickup is preferred for finished systems and completed repairs. Shipping may be available on approved orders and is quoted separately before purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
Returns
Custom builds, installed parts, special-order components, and completed repair labor are not returnable once approved and delivered, except where required by law.
Refurbished devices may be returned within 7 days in the same condition and with everything they were sold with. Restocking or diagnostic fees may apply.
Warranty & Service
Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible new components. Report any workmanship concern promptly so the shop can inspect it.
Software issues, accidental damage, power events, liquid damage, misuse, and third-party modifications may not be covered after delivery.
